On the site
- Collection or delivery chosen before the basket rather than after it
- A live open state on the front page, so nobody orders into a closed kitchen
- The menu filed by section, with allergens and a gluten-free batter option on every item
- Extras, quantities and a note for the kitchen on each item
- A loyalty wallet, gift cards and order tracking, all from the customer's own account
- A staff side for running the counter and the kitchen through service
